Delete Although he is a prolific writer, his work is rarely cited, according to Google Scholar. I have been unable to find significant coverage of him in reliable, independent sources. As always, I am willing to reconsider if good sources come to light.

Delete - as pointed out by
Cullen328, the author is prolific, but that does not translate into notability. His most heavily cited work only has 31 cites, the rest are in single digits. Other searches did not turn up enough to show they meet notability criteria.
