WP:BLP of a journalist, not properly referenced as passing our notability criteria for journalists. The primary notability claim on offer here is that he and his work exist, which isn't automatically enough in and of itself in the absence of external validation of his significance (noteworthy journalism awards, etc.) -- and the referencing is almost entirely to primary sources that aren't support for notability at all, such as YouTube videos, Twitter tweets, press releases from directly affiliated organizations and staff profiles on the self-published websites of his own employers. Nothing here is "inherently" notable enough to exempt him from having to be the subject of more substantial third-party coverage in sources independent of his own career than this.
