The article looks like a mere genealogical entry, being mostly about to whom she is related (see WP:NOTGENEALOGY policy). There is talk of a missionary and charity work but it is sourced to a single article that was apparently published by The Daily Mirror, therefore being tabloid journalism. Looking it up further online has not produced any noteworthy results, so I doubt there is significant coverage to establish notability per WP:BASIC and WP:GNG.
