Appears to be a recreation of an article on an author deleted in 2012. She does not appear to pass WP:AUTHOR. In these cases, sometimes we can redirect/merge to the company that she owns but Storycentral doesn't seem notable enough for an article of its own either. I can't find any significant coverage of any of the five novels that she has released. The best thing I can find in terms of WP:SIGCOV is this article in The Independent, which is a passing mention.
