Keep - Note categories at the bottom of the article, and the navbox that has five years of shootings around the United States. Why delete this one, and keep all the rest? I'm surprised there is not a Wikipedia project for this subject.

Those other shootings have sustained coverage because of their notable elements beyond the fact that multiple people were injured or killed (a tragic but non-notable event). For example,
this shooting that I remember happening near me a few years ago achieved nationwide sustained coverage beyond
ROUTINE due to the shooter's radicalization. ~

Not unless this incident was characterized as notable for that reason and the incident received sustained coverage. Most smaller mass shootings (4–8 victims) do not meet this threshold. ~
