• Delete - caps at youth level do not confer notability, appearances at the 5th tier of Scottish football do not confer notability (currently 4 tiers below professional level - see WP:FPL), appearing in friendly matches doesn't count either as WP:NFOOTBALL explicitly states "Players who have played, and managers who have managed, in a competitive game between two teams from fully professional leagues will generally be regarded as notable." (emphasis mine). WP:GNG clearly not met as the best sources offered or found are stats pages, squad list mentions and brief transfer announcements.
