All 65 members of Westmorland and Furness Council unitary authority in England are elected every four years.
The first election to the council was held in 2022, initially operating as a shadow authority until 1 April 2023 when the new council took over the functions in of the abolished Cumbria County Council and the three abolished district councils of Barrow-in-Furness Borough Council, Eden District Council, and South Lakeland District Council.
