Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Carpathian Forest, you will be blocked from editing.

May 2008

In a recent edit to the page Genesis (band), you changed one or more words from one international variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.

For subjects exclusively related to Britain (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to other English-speaking countries, such as Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, use the appropriate variety of English used there. If it is an international topic, use the same form of English the original author used.

In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to the other, even if you don't normally use the version the article is written in. Respect other people's versions of English. They in turn should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Wikipedia:Manual of Style. If you have any queries about all this, you can ask me on my talk page or you can visit the help desk. Thank you. Anger22 ( Talk 2 22) 03:58, 17 May 2008 (UTC) reply

I reverted this edit because it is inaccurate. Collaborating on an academic paper only affects the Erdős number. The Bacon number is determined only by links in films, not publications. See the discussion on the talk page. Ward3001 ( talk) 02:02, 30 May 2008 (UTC) reply

I was anti-vandalizing a lot that day, so I can't remember. Perhaps we both tried to revert a vandalism at the same time, and I got linked to your page. I sincerely apologize. NuclearWarfare ( talk) 23:35, 14 June 2008 (UTC) reply

Recent edits to Octavarium (album)

I noticed you reverted my edit without giving a reason why. I asked that people do not re-insert the section without prior discussion on the talk page (I made this clear in my edit summary). These sections count as original research: there are no reliable sources which discuss the significance of the Golden Ratio or title, so there there is no assertion that these topics are notable enough for inclusion in the Wikipedia article.

Please explain here why you think the aforementioned sections should be in the article.

I apologise that I did not react sooner; real life commitments have prevented me from resolving this issue. Thanks, Una Laguna Talk 21:23, 18 November 2008 (UTC) reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from 24 Hour Fitness. When removing content, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the content has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Garnet Bailey

Hi. Please do not remove, valid, sourced material from Wikipedia articles, as you did with this edit to Garnet Bailey. If you come across material that does not accurately relate what its accompanying cited source indicates, then the proper thing to do is to fix it so that it does, not remove the entire passage and the accompanying source. Thanks. Nightscream ( talk) 13:42, 26 August 2012 (UTC) reply
