Which account(s) did you edit Wikipedia under before or during the existence of your Wxman87 account? And I don't mean your previous username that you recently had changed. I ask because despite your account currently having relatively few edits (which is the result of it having been dormant until March 2014 after its creation in October 2007, then being dormant again until January 1, 2015), you are clearly more familiar with Wikipedia than the average WP:Newbie. The vast majority of WP:Newbies are not aware of the WikiProjects you recently associated yourself with, or the userboxes you added to your user page.

I had created this account years ago but then ended up not editing very much. I decided recently that I wanted to contribute to subjects that I'm interested in. I'm gradually learning how to format graphics such as those userboxes into my user page and elsewhere. I look forward to working with the Wiki community to help educate the world. If you don't already know, I mentioned you here (the "this guy" link). I've heard the type of rationale you've given above from WP:Sockpuppets and similarly returning editors, so I can't state that I exactly trust it. As a participant of WikiProject LGBT studies, you are invited to participate in the third annual Wiki Loves Pride campaign, which runs through the month of June. The purpose of the campaign is to create and improve content related to LGBT culture and history. How can you help?

The Wikimedia LGBTQ+ User Group is holding online working days in May. As a member of WikiProject LGBT studies, editing on LGBTQ+ issues or if you identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, come help us set goals, develop our organisation and structures, consider how to respond to issues faced by Queer editors, and plan for the next 12 months.

We will be meeting online for 3 half-days, 14–16 May at 1400–1730 UTC. While our working language is English, we are looking to accommodate users who would prefer to participate in other languages, including translation facilities.
