I am trying to create from scratch a notable article on David Winters. My work is very piecemeal. Unfortunately, there is a dearth of information on this person. I am afraid it is a result of the immediacy of the internet, and the now now now attitude of Americans.

If you, do have information I may use to substantiate a lot of these claims, I am interested in the sources. I did manage to source some of the many edits you have added and will continue to do so. I am not quite home bound, such as I must leave and do other things once in a while.
