- 5. The person has held a named chair appointment or distinguished professor appointment at a major institution of higher education and research or an equivalent position in countries where named chairs are uncommon.
- 6. The person has held a highest-level elected or appointed administrative post at a major academic institution or major academic society.

It's not one of the criteria, but typically professors at this level will have a H-index in the 30s; Uhlmann, with 12, in a biological field, is well below this; too soon I think. In addition, 30 is an underestimate of a notable h-factor, > 50 is more standard. She needs to be compared to her peers, see other group leaders. While she has made a good start, it is WP:TOOSOON
- Does she have major awards, e.g. society fellowships? If so please include, otherwise the article should be draftified to give you a chance to improve (softer than the alternative of nominating for deletion).
