CNMall41 ( talk) 01:47, 21 January 2023 (UTC)I noticed that you revised the reference for the WSWS to identify it as originating with the World Socialist Web Site. Are you aware that a "consensus" exists, supported by Wiki Administrators, that the WSWS is an "unreliable" reference for Wikipedia? I posted some material from the journal and it was summarily deleted. The accuracy of the post was not contested, simply the source. When I defended the post, I was threatened with having my Username blocked.
The rationale for removing the WSWS ref was based on its listing on WP:WSWS.
One editor wrote: "I don't trust WSWS. I've found them to spread disinformation and promote Russian interests. But this is a ref for a quote from the filmmakers. Now, those of you very skeptical of WSWS might think they're making it up. But why the hell are we having this discussion when we can just delete the WSWS ref..." CNMall41 ( talk) 01:47, 21 January 2023 (UTC)I noticed that you revised the reference for the WSWS to identify it as originating with the World Socialist Web Site.
But why the hell are we having this discussion when we can just delete the WSWS ref..."
