WP:ATTRIBUTION, says essentially that groups whose
notability is not established by reliable independent sources don't get articles. See also
WP:BAND. The second is that Wikipedia is not a promotional tool. See
WP:SPAM and
WP:COI. So, it's not enough to say "This is a really neat band and I want to help them get more popular."

A press release from this group's publisher is not an independent source. If there are other independent sources showing this group's notability, it's your job to put them in the article.
