A couple of things, your username does not fall within the guidelines of the user name policy, and second and more important you mentioned this is a shared account. Any user account should represent an individual and not a group (and an individual should normally only have one user account; see next section). Please see my reply to your question on my talk page. As I mentioned there, I would include more information about editing with a conflict of interest:
