I don't think a source is necessary for every single word in Wikipedia. Any organization that is looking out for the rights of a defined set of people (be they black, women, Christian, African, white or male) is by definition caring about human rights. If we took that approach, then we would define all political parties as being based on defending human rights, so it seems a bit meaningless. In any case, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and simply reports what other sources have said about topics, so this requires evidence in the form of references. Hi Karen, thanks for notifying me about the Teahouse discussion. However the way it is usually done is to post a link within the discussion so instead of typing:

• There was a proposal for merging the article on this party with an article on it's founder. One person Agreed with some comments, another simply agreed and I disagreed. Days after I started to improve the article, a user with the name "The Vintage Feminist" deleted the article.

it would be:

The editor will then receive a notification that they have been "mentioned" in a discussion with a link to that discussion. Then there is no need to leave a message on the editor's talk page. One final note, talk messages are usually added to the bottom of a talk page rather than the top, see: Help:Talk pages#Starting a new thread for a guide to starting a new thread.
