2. Advertising: The article is written in a tone that appears to be promoting the hospital rather than simply describing it.

1. The information given for those particular reference falls under the "No reasonable doubt as to authenticity" category. It's Information such as founding dates, number of beds, services offered, etc. The UK blog author is an established source in his field as a former Kentucky Secretary of Health Services.
2. Maybe so, I've removed some of the more effusive verbiage. Was there something in particular you were concerned about?

Seems OK now. I have removed the tags. My concern about the primary sources is not so much for verifiability but rather that a lack of significant coverage in secondary sources might denote a lack of notability.
