TLC 12

With this edit, you removed many secondary sources (like Wrestleview) from the background section and replaced them with primary sources (WWE.com), citing that they are "official". You also deleted a WebCite screenshot archive of a WWE.com page. Simply... may I ask why? Wikipedia policy clearly states that " Wikipedia articles should be based mainly on reliable secondary sources". For the background section, it chronicles past events, not future ones, and there are many readily available reliable secondary sources to be cited. I would understand if you want to use WWE.com to cite the scheduled future matches, but the background section is not about that. Only the matches section is about that. Also, the removal of the WebCite is definitely head-scratching. Please do follow up by reading and discussing on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Professional wrestling#Usage of primary sources (WWE.com) for PPVs. Sorry for warning you the second time. I did not examine the change close enough and you did add sources to the article. Thank you for doing so. I removed the content originally because some of the previous content that was added and was similarly unsourced. I went through a lot of the previous content and added sources, but in doing so I realized some of it was original research which didn't coincide with the sources. Given that some the recent content was by the same editor, who is now blocked, and it did not have a source either, I was worried it might be original research as well and so I moved it to the talk page. Thank you again for finding sources for this information, and I apologize for mistakenly issuing the second warning. -- Odie5533 ( talk) 16:58, 9 December 2012 (UTC) reply

Jack Lanza

He started off as Jack Lanza, and even when he was called Blackjack Lanza, it was acknowledged that was a nickname, and that his first name was actually (but not actually) Jack. Like how Triple H's "real name" is Hunter, and The Rock's is Rocky. It's the more common ringname, so it's a good edit. But the summary was a bit off. Problem with your custom signature

You have a custom signature set in your account preferences. A change to Wikipedia's software has made your current custom signature incompatible with the software.

The problem: Your preferences are set to interpret your custom signature as wikitext. However, your current custom signature does not contain any wikitext.

The solutions: You can reset your signature to the default, or you can fix your signature.

Solution 1: Reset your signature to the default:
  1. Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
  3. Remove anything in the Signature: text box. (It might already be empty.)
  4. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page. (The red "Restore all default settings" button will reset all of your preference settings, not just the signature.)
Solution 2: Fix your custom signature:
  1. Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
  3. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

More information about custom signatures is available at Wikipedia:Signatures#Customizing how everyone sees your signature. If you have followed these instructions and still want help, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Signatures. Thank you. 18:03, 7 September 2020 (UTC)

WP:ANEW

Hey there, just to let you know that I've started a discussion regarding Batista1's edit warring on various articles, including Hell in a Cell, at WP:ANEW. I've mentioned you very briefly as someone who, like me, has been trying to maintain consensus. I feel that your comments on the page would be really appreciated, as we've both had to try to deal with Batista1's disruptive edits. Thanks – Richard BB 09:46, 21 October 2012 (UTC) reply

December 2012

Hello, I'm Odie5533. I noticed that you made a change to an article, TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs (2012), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Odie5533 ( talk) 15:09, 9 December 2012 (UTC) reply

Not scolding you or anything, just letting you know. InedibleHulk ( talk) 22:22, 18 January 2013 (UTC) reply

WWE and NXT

Keep an eye on List of WWE personnel

User:Galatz has been known to remove the profile links of Pete Dunne, Trent Seven and Tyler Bate on the List of WWE personnel page. He thinks that they need NXT UK profiles instead of their NXT profiles on WWE.com. Your revisions, as I stated above are a violation of WP:V as you are claiming they are on NXT UK without providing any source to confirm this. Professional wrestling is now under general sanctions and adding unsourced information could lead to you being blocked from editing all professional wrestling articles on Wikipedia. - Galatz גאליץ שיחה Talk 16:51, 6 July 2018 (UTC) reply

Please pay attention when you edit

Firstly you are listing people who were on TV this week as inactive. You need to pay attention to these things. In addition please use the preview button before publishing changes.
