I am now proud owner of a TUSC account!
Hi, I am starting Wikipedia:WikiProject Ravidassia. I would like to get help from people who are interested. You may sign up for the project on the [ [1]]. McKinseies ( talk) 17:21, 15 February 2012 (UTC)
We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia, but users are not allowed to edit with inappropriate usernames, nor is
trolling or other disruptive behavior ever tolerated. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may
appeal this block by adding the text {{
unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
on
your user talk page, but you should read the
guide to appealing blocks first.

Request reason:
I am not sure what is wrong with my username. I have had it for a few years without a problem. I made sure to doublecheck the username policy and didn't find anything that it would infringe. The ban reason is unclear as well. It just says my username is bad and that I have been banned indefinitely. Please clear this up for me.
Accept reason:
I've talked with the blocking admin, and this was apparently a misunderstanding due to some technical issues. I've unblocked your account, but I strongly suggest you change your username. Thanks, Mark Arsten ( talk) 19:11, 12 November 2013 (UTC)
To en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:HTMLCODER.exe#November_2013
I blocked the account.
I also deleted your userpage. When I was at that page, I clicked the talk tab, and it brought me to an IP. That, and the fact that the userpage age had "troll" or something like it made me think the problem was there was some bad code on the page. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 18:31, 12 November 2013 (UTC)
It turns out that there's nothing wrong with your userpage. It's the "exe" in your name that's probably causing the problem. I didn't know that at the time and decided that deleting your userpage was a good safety measure. Another admin can undeleted it if you wish. Yay! I can post at your talk page now. :) Thank you for making the change, and sorry for all the trouble.

Anna Frodesiak ( talk) 19:12, 12 November 2013 (UTC) To HTMLCODER.exe: I'll post this here because I still can't post at your talk. Sorry about the block. I consulted other admins at IRC before acting. Several said block and none said don't. My apologies for any misunderstanding. I would like you to know, however, that given the same set of circumstances, I would do the same again. :) Oh, and when I go to your talk page, the url is an IP, then a whole bunch of strange numbers and upper case letters, and then en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:HTMLCODER.exe. The page appears like a wikipedia page but the font is really small and everything is strange, and it's says I'm not logged in. Best wishes, and happy editing. Anna Frodesiak ( talk) 19:22, 12 November 2013 (UTC)
But, hey, I would myself freak out if I saw some strange numbers in the address after clicking a talk link. I submitted a namechange request, so it should solve itself. -- HTMLCODER.exe ( talk) 20:45, 12 November 2013 (UTC)

Hi. I was wondering if you would be interested in contributing articles to Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic)? It needs contributors to increase diversity of content from different countries and bring about large scale improvements. The idea at some point will be to host a National Contest related to your country of interest. Thanks. -- MediaWiki message delivery ( talk) 13:14, 21 September 2016 (UTC)
Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. -- Ser Amantio di Nicolao Che dicono a Signa? Lo dicono a Signa. 09:04, 6 November 2016 (UTC)
An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Gentlemen.. Since you had some involvement with the Gentlemen. redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. ZXCVBNM ( TALK) 22:07, 9 March 2018 (UTC)
