I'm following up on the potential WP:COI issue now raised by multiple editors (e.g. at deletion review and AfC). Do you have any undisclosed connection to DIVISION7, SMUGGLER, Patrick Milling-Smith, or Brian Carmody? Bakazaka ( talk) 18:01, 7 February 2019 (UTC)
Bakazaka Yes, I work with the company. However I have no intention to dispel lies to glorify SMUGGLER or DIVISION7 on Wikipedia. I have only worked there for a short time and agree vehemently that the tone of the former SMUGGLER article was too promotional. It does not, however, mean the company does not exist or is not worthy of entry on Wikipedia.
Perhaps it is worthy of considering that not all WP:COI issues result in faulty information. In this specific instance, I am simply advocating that a Wikipedia article for SMUGGLER should exist, because it is similar to other such Wikipedia entries and production companies.
