If you forget to sign something, the best thing you can do is go back and sign it to identify yourself. Using multiple accounts without a legitimate reason on Wikipedia is called sock puppetry and is taken very seriously on Wikipedia. It can result in a permanent block to all of your accounts. If you want to use User:Sparkling Waters as a legit alternate account, you have to state very clearly on the user page that you are the same person and why you have that alternate account. Also list yourself at Category:Wikipedians with alternative accounts and list your other account at Category:Alternative Wikipedia accounts. You can't delete a Wikipedia account, per se, but you can delete all the user pages associated with that account. Instead of doing that, though, it would probably be best to just redirect those pages to your current user pages.
