I've been looking for someone who might be able to do a few Youngstown things for me, so here is #1. Think it over. Perched high up on the Mahoning County Courthouse is a sculpture group. I am trying to discover the artist who did it. Maybe J Massey Rhind, maybe not. No one seems to know so what needs to be done is some interprising, over 18 year old needs to talk to the bulding superintendent or custodian or whatever and get up on the roof and see if the work is signed. Regarding Presidential callsigns, NOAA is also considered a uniformed service (see http://www.noaacorps.noaa.gov) and has an active air arm ( http://www.aoc.noaa.gov/). The NOAA article ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NOAA) has a link to a .PNG file for the NOAA seal. Perhaps NOAA One and a NOAA Two articles could round-out the series? Thanks. Hi! I saw you updated the Capitol Vistiors Center article, changing the date of completion from Summer of 07 to Dec of 07. I was wondering where you got the information from. I noticed you corrected the misspelling of his name and adjusted the articles accordingly. However, I would recommend that in the future, instead of a cut-and-paste move (which is what I think you did) you should have clicked the move button on top. This would have moved the entire article, and more importantly, the edit history/summary to the new page title. I see you are a person of some reknown inside and outside Wikipedia, which surprises me. I just left a note on the article on the Mace in the House of Representatives that it's been largely copied--plagiarized--from C-Span. I thought that was against Wikipedia's rules as well as US copyright laws as well as common moral standards.

If I'm mistaken here, please inform me. I'm only against wrong, not against you personally.

How can you tell who originally posted/wrote/contributed an article? Isn't it the first person listed on "History?"
