Good to see you still editing some. Looks like you are busy in real life. I haven't much a chance to work on the FBI article, lately. Among other things, I've been busy monitoring and working on 9/11-related pages. But, have picked up several books about the FBI, by Richard Gid Powers, Ronald Kessler, Athan G. The FBI is a tricky topic to write about, because there are so many facets to cover and NPOV issues always come up, but will still give it a try to further improve the article and its referencing. -- Aude ( talk) 18:37, 27 September 2006 (UTC)

Hi Shane, we had a talk with Nehrams about the unresolved problem of long/short film plots. Some people want to be able to find an extended plot for a film, but others argue that one shouldn't have to go through too much. So one idea was that we have a Plot summary in the article and we create separate pages for the Extended plot. But we were told such standalone plots aren't allowed. So I had another idea, but I don't know if it's possible. Do you see any way of hiding a section and offering some button which if pressed makes it display? Like this we could hide the long version and offer a "click here for extended plot". Hoverfish Talk 22:48, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
I just wanted to know if you have started the formatting for the new stub to start template from here. I'm using it on de.wiki (Mediawiki 1.10alpha). The main problem was with the edit token:

Another problem is that it moves DEFAULTSORT and the Link FA template to the wrong place. I don't have a fix for Link FA yet. -- 08-15 23:02, 15 April 2007 (UTC)

This form message is being sent to you either due to your membership with WikiProject Good Articles and/or your inclusion on the Wikipedia:Good article candidates/List of reviewers. A new drive has been started requesting that all members review at least one article (or more, if you wish!) within the next two weeks at GAC to help in removing the large backlog. This message is being sent to all members, and even members who have been recently reviewing articles. There are almost 130 members in this project and about 180 articles that currently need to be reviewed. If each member helps to review just one or two articles, the majority of the backlog will be cleared. Since the potential amount of reviewers may significantly increase, please make sure to add :{{ GAReview}} underneath the article you are reviewing to ensure that only one person is reviewing each article. Additionally, the GA criteria may have been modified since your last review, so look over the criteria again to help you to determine if a candidate is GA-worthy. If you have any questions about this drive or the review process, leave a message on the GAC talk page. -- Nehrams2020 00:21, 25 May 2007 (UTC)

A new elimination drive of the backlog at Wikipedia:Good article candidates will take place from the month of July through August 12, 2007. There are currently about 130 articles that need to be reviewed right now. If you are interested in helping with the drive, then please visit Wikipedia:Good article candidates backlog elimination drive and record the articles that you have reviewed. Awards will be given based on the number of reviews completed. If you have any questions about this drive or the review process, leave a message on the drive's talk page. Please help to eradicate the backlog to cut down on the waiting time for articles to be reviewed.

There have been a series of proposals to initiate a Featured List of the Day on the main page. Numerous proposals have been put forth. After the third one failed, I audited all WP:FL's in order to begin an experiment in my own user space that will hopefully get it going. Today, it commences at WP:LOTD. Afterwards I created my experimental page, a new proposal was set forth to do a featured list that is strikingly similar to my own which is to do a user page experimental featured list, but no format has been confirmed and mechanism set in place. I continue to be willing to do the experiment myself and with this posting it commences. Please submit any list that you would like to have considered for list of the day in the month of January 2008 by the end of this month to WP:LOTD and its subpages. Is it possible for it to be formatted to fit in the {{ Film}} template when only the stub class is selected? Also if this does work, would we have to copy it into all stub articles or would it automatically be added to the stub class articles? -- Nehrams2020 08:09, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

I just joined the WikiProject FBI the other day, and I made a few minor changes and created a small article. The project is rather small, and there is nothing on the "To Do List", so I wondered if there was anything that needed to be done that I could help out with. Cheers! Hello. I saw that you are a member of the Templates project, and thought it would be good to bring this to your attention. I have made a proposal that would take care of the userbos issues and the general clutter of the Template namespace. Please see it here and make comments conserning it. Thank you for your time. I'm using it on de.wiki (Mediawiki 1.10alpha). The main problem was with the edit token:
- $reply =~ m/value="(\w+)" name="wpEditToken"/; + $reply =~ m/value="(\w+\\?)" name="wpEditToken"/;
Another problem is that it moves DEFAULTSORT and the Link FA template to the wrong place. I don't have a fix for Link FA yet. -- 08-15 23:02, 15 April 2007 (UTC)

Hi Bugs5382,
I have seen that you are involved in developing the mw:Extension:Firefox_toolbar. The extension is currently probably not compatible with the JavaScript editor extension wikEd. Would it be possible to adapt the toolbar as outlined here. Thanks, Cacycle 02:53, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

You may submit multiple lists for consideration.-- TonyTheTiger ( t/ c/ bio/ WP:LOTD) 19:10, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
