Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, one or more of the external links you added to the page Billie Joe Armstrong do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- moe.RON Let's talk | done 23:34, 9 August 2007 (UTC) reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to EBay, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on EBay. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. ZimZalaBim talk 19:46, 20 February 2008 (UTC) reply

Please stop. If you continue to add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to EBay, you will be blocked from editing. On reviewing your history of edits I notice that you have spent the past year almost exclusively either promoting domain name sales on eBay or promoting a Green Day fan web site. Please stop using Wikipedia as a way of advertising your internet endeavours. Escape Orbit (Talk) 11:04, 29 February 2008 (UTC) reply

Please stop. If you continue to add inappropriate links, as you did to Green Day, you may be blocked. The external link policy makes clear that such links are not appropriate, and you have already been reverted on these grounds several times. -- Cheeser1 ( talk) 00:38, 3 March 2008 (UTC) reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Benji boi 09:30, 4 March 2008 (UTC) reply

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Bri1039 for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Paul Erik (talk) (contribs) 02:23, 26 March 2008 (UTC) reply

GreenDay.net is the official fan site of GREEN DAY. the webmaster posts news from the band often, why do you keep deleting it? they post more info on the band than greenday.com. the webmaster of GreenDay.net is a friend of the band that posts news directly from them, whats your deal?

What you say makes GreenDay.net a suitable reference for cites about Green Day information (if used properly). But the problem with your edits on Wikipedia (quite apart from the blatant advertising of website auctions) are that they are all about GreenDay.net itself, not Green Day. These appear to be, and read as, attempts to advertise your website, rather than improve the quality of the Wikipedia article. Wikipedia is not a place to advertise. It's a pity, as you are obviously in a knowledgeable position to contribute to the Green Day articles, but instead you have chosen to promote your websites at every opportunity. This clearly makes your edits a conflict of interest and cast doubt on everything you add. -- Escape Orbit (Talk) 13:25, 31 March 2008 (UTC) reply
