Actually, I don't know how that happened. I hit the revert button on VP to get rid of the word "blows" after "Macy's" on the revision made by the anon account. Don't know why it put the message on your talk page, or why it blanked your page. Some sort of weird edit conflict, I suppose. In any event, I apologize. Cmichael 03:43, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
The article you reverted on San Isidore is incorrect. San Isadore is a common miss-spell. Unless you have government drawings which suggest that this is the official name (the planning documents I have seen agree with me), lets get this article correct. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.154.24.148 ( talk) 22:56, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
Is it possible for admins to remove the vandalism edits from the history of the Knights Templar article? As you may know, recently vandals vandalized the article, and left vandalism in their edit summary, and that itself is vandalism. Thanks for the help! Icestorm815 18:26, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Hello, my name is Isucheme and I am currently writing my first Wikipedia article on the Churchill-Bernstein Equation. The equation is used to find an average (convection) heat transfer coefficient to use in Newton’s Law of cooling for a cylinder in cross flow, and the mass transfer analogy, as described in the article, can be employed to find a mass transfer coefficient. I would appreciate any feed back you can give me on my article so I can make it a great article. Thank you. Isucheme 20:13, 13 October 2007 (UTC)

Hi, when you remove Image:Example.jpg from pages (which you seem to do a lot) could you possibly start by looking at a diff of the last edit to the page, and reverting if it's just vandalism, rather than trying to find and remove the image manually? Quite a few times now I've come across situations where a user has made an edit such as this one and you've then remove the example image but neglected to repair the rest of the vandalism. Undoing the most recent edit to the page only takes a few clicks and in most cases is actually likely to be faster than finding and removing the image. Thanks – Gurch 20:43, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

I recently opened up a discussion at Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages) on the use of the TOCright template on dab pages. Since it was your edit here that prompted me to ask others' opinions of the template's use, I thought I should make sure you had the opportunity to throw in your tuppence. I know this is a minor thing, and purely a matter of opinion about what looks or works best, but I didn't want you think I was criticising you behind your back, and I wanted all worthwhile points of view aired. I noticed that you changed some British spellings to American spellings in the Faroe Islands article. [2] The article appears to be primarily written in British English. So it would be better to keep the entire article in British English than to be inconsistent. – panda ( talk) 03:45, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
I see that a previous edit had changed the spelling changes you made from American to British English. Since the Faroe Islands are (more or less) in Europe and there are still words spelled in British English in the article, it might be best to just keep the entire article in British English. (I haven't changed the article in case you wanted to do it.) – panda ( talk) 04:14, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

Hi, was there any reason for removing example.jpg from my Hekla subpage? I hadn't changed it since the bot edit as it formed a useful placeholder for where to put the non-free image back in when I eventually move the upgraded article back to the mainspace? I see that you've done the same thing for a lot of other instance of the same image, for the ones that are in mainspace that makes a lot of sense but many uses of this are people trying out wiki-basics on their own pages and so deleting the image is fairly unhelpful, they may be still experimenting or building useful content. Hello, I'm looking at the Clan Grierson. Let me start by saying that it's a horribly horrible article and is in serious need of some TLC (it probably needs a rewrite). However, I'm not quite sure I understand why you reverted 100s of edits there. Thanks for your time. ~a ( user • talk • contribs) 20:32, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

In this case you actually reverted back to the vandalised version!. Although I suppose, maybe the description of the edits (LOL anti vandalism edits!!!!!!!!!!!11111oneoneoneoneoneoneoneoneoneoneoneone ONE TWO) which I guess would have been targeted at the vandals, could have been better.
I do understand that looking at recent changes must be a laborious task, and mistakes will happen from time to time :) Buckethed 12:00, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
Hey Bobo192, thanks very much for cleaning up my User page. I'm afraid the culprit was me, I was trying out something .... should have used a sandbox to make a mess in. Anyway, many thanks.( olive 21:11, 3 December 2007 (UTC))
Thanks for reverting the Vandalism on my userpage. S♦s♦e♦b♦a♦l♦l♦o♦s ( Talk to Me) 03:03, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
Just a note - whenever you delete an article title which is complete nonsense (ending in index.php, please follow the instructions at User:Pegasus/XRumer. They are created by a particularly virulent brand of search engine optimizer and in general the users need to be blocked. Stifle ( talk) 17:44, 8 December 2007 (UTC)

You've beaten me to the punch several times now. Keep it up! :-) Tiddly<;/font>-Tom 19:35, 10 December 2007 (UTC) |
Dear Robert, I am surprised to see my comment removed at User:Farosdaughter. I do not see why you did this.
Please explain to me, if I have sone something wrong plase do inform me.
Thank you very much and seasons greetings, John Marks.
Thanks for removing the offensive comment on my talk page by 68.43.176.180 (he reinserted it after I removed it). I am grateful. Also, is there any way to stop him restoring that comment over and over again. Thanks again. -- Smallbig ( talk) 11:10, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
I appreciate you reverting the vandalism to my user page. I guess I warned one vandal too many :). Cheers. Xymmax ( talk) 13:41, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
