Speedy deletion nomination of WikiProject Internet Culture logo.svg

Hello Blod722,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged WikiProject Internet Culture logo.svg for deletion, because it seems to be a test. Did you know that the Wikipedia Sandbox is available for testing out edits?

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

2019 US Banknote Contest

US Banknote Contest
November-December 2019

There are an estimated 30,000 different varieties of United States banknotes, yet only a fraction of these are represented on Wikimedia Commons in the form of 2D scans. Additionally, Colonial America, the Confederate States, the Republic of Texas, multiple states and territories, communities, and private companies have issued banknotes that are in the public domain today but are absent from Commons.

In the months of November and December, WikiProject Numismatics will be running a cross-wiki upload-a-thon, the 2019 US Banknote Contest. The goal of the contest is to increase the number of US banknote images available to content creators on all Wikimedia projects. Participants will claim points for uploading and importing 2D scans of US banknotes, and at the end of the contest all will receive awards. Whether you want to claim the Gold Wiki or you just want to have fun, all are invited to participate.

If you do not want to receive invitations to future US Banknote Contests, follow the instructions here

Temu flag fixes

Hi, I have just posted Talk:Temu (company)#Request for more clean up and removing flag to ask for fixes to the page about Temu (company) that should address the final issues raised in a flag for the page. I have a conflict of interest as an employee of Temu. I want to follow the correct process for COI users. Since you are a member of the WikiProject for Internet Culture, which is relevant to the page, I thought you possibly be interested in reviewing the proposal. Temu’s app has been the most downloaded phone app in the United States in recent months. Thanks in advance for your consideration! Snowy2000 ( talk) 03:05, 7 February 2023 (UTC) reply

I don't think this has anything to do with Internet Culture, that WikiProject is for things such as Memes, Internet Tropes, and Online Pop Culture. At that, I don't think I have enough knowledge or expertise for reviewing that proposal. It looks like that page is managed by WikiProjects:Companies, your best bet would be to contact someone from over there, or wait. As I assume they keep good tabs on their pages.
