I just wanted to let you know that you should probably read MOS:REPEATLINK (the whole page, MOS:LINK, is also good to read in general, though it's a little bit long). In short, we try not to link to the same article more than once on a page, especially in close proximity (with some exceptions). For example, at Portsmouth you recently added a link to Southsea Castle. However, in the paragraph just above, Southsea Castle was already linked - this should be avoided if possible. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In one of your recent edits, you added links to an article which did not add content or meaning, or repeated the same link several times throughout the article. Please see Wikipedia's guideline on links to avoid overlinking. Thank you. Technopat ( talk) 10:31, 17 January 2023 (UTC)
