Hello, I'm CanonNi. I noticed that in this edit to 1964 United States presidential election in Pennsylvania, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. '''[[ User:CanonNi]]''' ( talk| contribs) 01:27, 4 May 2024 (UTC) reply

Downballot races, including the North Carolina gubernatorial election that you keep reverting use the >90% caption format. For presidential elections the "r in results" recently has been decided to be lowercased. It is capitalized in older articles because of how recent the change was. Information about county trends, especially as it pertains to post-2008 elections is relevant to the analysis section. Many of those sections already contain information like that, including in the recent examples in PA and VA in the 2008 elections that you keep reverting. I am merely adding the rest of that county information into the section. Your vague reasoning for constantly reverting these edits, among literally hundreds of other examples is frustrating myself and others who want to add analysis about long term political trends.

Looking at your edit history, you have a habit of "removing unnecessary info" without ever explaining why basic electoral statistics is unnecessary. At the very least, I am going to ask you to stop removing my edits on those two pages, and hopefully we don't have to have this discussion again. Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to 1972 United States presidential election in New Hampshire. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. TRL ( talk) 02:46, 6 May 2024 (UTC) reply

Information icon Hi 174.100.101.201! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of an article several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. Codename Noreste 🤔 La Suma 03:01, 6 May 2024 (UTC) reply
