Hi Triley60! I hope you don't mind the edits I made on User:Triley60/sandbox. If you haven't done so already, you may want to read Wikipedia:Notability (people) and Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. Happy editing! GoingBatty ( talk) 18:14, 15 September 2012 (UTC)

Now to clean up all the links to Tim Riley, as some of them should not go to the radio personality. GoingBatty ( talk) 21:08, 16 September 2012 (UTC)
Couple final questions: should I submit a photo for this page? If so, let me know how. FInally, I changed my name from Mikesell to Riley in 1985, and many of my childhood friends know me best by this other name... Can we include a sentence somewhere saying "Riley was raised as Tim Mikesell in Boulder and Pueblo Colorado. He took his stepfather's name in 1985." Thanks for all your detailed help! Tim Riley ( talk) 01:35, 17 September 2012 (UTC)
HEY look what I found: excerpts from my Fairview High School yearbook, Boulder, CO, 1978 Voted: Most Musical, playing Sonja Carlson's flute in the photo. Please don't let this get around. Otherwise, I'm still working on corroborating evidence that I was raised in Colorado. Here's my stepfather's obituary, but the Times only mentions his fourth wife, not his third, my mother. HM. Hi Tim! It's been a long time since we worked on the Wikipedia article about you, and have learned a lot about Wikipedia since then. Since you have a conflict of interest, you should not be directly editing the Tim Riley article or adding your books to other articles. If you have suggestions on how to improve the article about you (or other articles where you have a COI), you can post on the article's talk page with the {{ request edit}} template, so an uninvolved editor can help you. Thanks, and happy editing! GoingBatty ( talk) 20:20, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
