Still learning the ropes of editing, therefore having to undo/redo but hope to learn fast. Already learnt a lot in the last week. Wikipedia is fabulous but only after one learns by trial and error perhaps because the stuff learned by just reading appears to be confusing. Just found out how to sign by inserting four wigglies Shyamukumar ( talk) 07:14, 23 October 2012 (UTC)
Hello,
Several references including third party references added mentioning ashok malhotra as well as references and external links containing the material in biographical notes are added many from highly reputed peer reviewed international scientific journals. Professor Ashok malhotra is a retired Professor hence not currently on the websites of universities he has worked in Canada, Middle East and India. His affiliations are mentioned on his peer reviewed publications at the time of journal submission. I have chosen only material that can be cross checked quickly online with links as opposed to that available only in print that would take time to access or a visit to a library. Will add more as and when I locate them.
Thanks for pointing out though. I absolutely agree that without referencing a wikipedia page has little value and deserves deletion. The initial post was just a stub without references to be worked on as mentioned at the time of creating page that resulted from a red link on another wikipedia page. The work of Professor Ashok Malhotra is extensive and I shall add more as and when I find time for it. Next time I begin a page I shall do so with a reference to prevent a notice from you perhaps :). regards and best wishes Shyamukumar ( talk) 06:42, 23 October 2012 (UTC)
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Dhai Ghar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Khanna ( check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current
Arbitration Committee election. The
Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia
arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose
site bans,
topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The
arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to
review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on
the voting page. For the Election committee,
