See the deletion logs. When an article has been deleted and re-created that many times, it is a bad thing. Even if the article was mistakenly deleted the first time, trying to win by continually pushing a new copy ends up seeming rude. See Wikipedia:Deletion policy for more specifics on the rules and policies. For example, instead of re-creating the article, you could have taken your case to Wikipedia:Deletion review or you could have created the article as a user subpage and then asked an experienced editor to inspect it to see if it conformed to policy requirements before trying to recreate it in the main space. It looks like your page was deleted under the Speedy deletion process each time. There are three separate procedures for deletion. "Speedy" as it is called is the level where there is not much of a protest process beyond using the {{hangon}} tag, which might not slow things down at all. The best way to keep it from being speedy deleted is by providing sources that meet Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:Notability. For a band, this would generally mean things such as magazine articles. You could add them to a "references" section using the APA style of citation or the MLA style of citation, though there are also more complicated citation styles available. Bands are often targeted for speedy deletion instead of a more involved, time-consuming process because of the huge number of non-notable band-related articles added each day.
