The rules about notability are set out in Notability (people). One of the principles that has been established - see WP:BIO#Politicians - is that just being an unelected candidate does not confer notability. There are good reasons for that - otherwise Wikipedia would become an election hoarding for every election anywhere. JohnCD ( talk) 19:21, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
I am sure you didn't mean to, but your edit to the {{db-person}} template confused it so that it no longer worked. I have reset it to work properly. Please be careful when editing anything to do with the workings of Wikipedia (as opposed to content) and do not make changes unless you are sure you know what you are doing. Regards. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
