Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by Paul W were:
This submission's references do not show that the subject
qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published,
reliable,
secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the
guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see
technical help and learn about
mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Notability requires substantial coverage in reliable, independent sources (see
WP:RS) - for example, newspapers and magazines with good editorial and fact-checking reputations. The sourcing for this article, such as it is, is almost solely by pieces by the article's subject (ie: not independent). In biographies of living people, all significant statements need to be evidenced by reliable sources, but large portions of the article are devoid of inline references.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Missvain was:
I'm sorry, but none of the sourcing here helps the subject meet our
general notability guidelines nor
WP:NORG at this point. The sources are either primary (event promoters) or from non-notable music publications or blog-like websites.
We need *significant* coverage in notable media outlets or by notable publishers. Examples: magazine and newspaper interviews and features about Bukky Leo; books written ABOUT Bukky Leo; television and radio features ABOUT Bukky Leo. If their music is so successful then they should have chart placements or major press coverage.
If those are available, please improve this submission. If not, then it appears to be
WP:TOOSOON for Bukky Leo, to have their own Wikipedia article.
I hope you will consider improving existing Wikipedia content about other subjects of interest!
If you have any questions please ask them at

As previously advised, your edits, such as those at
Draft:Bukky Leo and
Carla Marie Williams, give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's
mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the
Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at
User:PressgirlV, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=PressgirlV|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. signed, Rosguilltalk19:58, 29 December 2022 (UTC)reply
Thanks I will do that now. I have only just seen this message from you.
For the record I have not ever received any payment from Bukky Leo or Carla Marie Williams, they are both friends who I have helped out.
Carla Marie Williams' Wiki page was already created by a former colleague at the BBC, Carla needed some help adding her discography, which I did as a favour to her.
In the case of Bukky Leo, he is a lovely old man, who has paid his dues and contributed greatly to Afrobeat and music overall, he was very much in need and deserving of a Wiki page. He asked me for a favour and I did it for him, I don't charge for this, he is an old man, he doesn't have much money, but he needed my help.
I am a PR consultant by trade, and I sometimes help people, I do quite a bit for people pro bono. I think of it as paying it forward.
Editing on behalf of a friend is still a form of
conflict of interest editing, and given both your professional background and the confluence of sockpuppetry around the articles in question, you should still comply with
WP:PAID. You may revise and resubmit a draft through AfC once you disclose appropriately and address the concerns raised by past reviewers of the article. signed, Rosguilltalk22:00, 3 January 2023 (UTC)reply
I haven't been paid, I don't know who the other accounts are who have made edits, they have nothing to do with me.
I can see why it might look like sockpuppetry, but I don't know how else to show you my innocence.
It's like the Spanish Inquisition tbh LOL.
How would you like me to comply with WP:PAID when I haven't been paid. I will not lie to comply with your policy.
I understand the COI point you make and I have made that disclosure that Carla and Bukky are friends and I have done them a favour, I have also said I understand I have a COI as their friend on my user page.
As I said I have not been paid and I am not an employee.
Is this now appropriate disclosure?
I'm not very familiar with Wiki and I honestly was unaware of these issues or policies.
I don't know what AfC is either.
As for the concerns raised by past reviewers, I feel that they have been addressed, as menttioned there are a number of notable references in the Wiki.

Th COI disclosure on your user page is sufficient for now. Feel free to hit the "Submit this draft for review" whenever you think the draft is ready, which will add it to the
WP:AFC queue. I will note that based on technical logs available to
checkusers, we have evidence that
Draft:Bukky Leo has been edited by other accounts linked to banned paid-editing outfits: I would encourage you to advise your friends to stop trying to buy their way onto Wikipedia, as you can now see first hand that it tends to have the exact opposite of the intended effect. signed, Rosguilltalk22:53, 3 January 2023 (UTC)reply
Thanks very much Rosguill. I will let Bukky Leo know of your advice and of this conversation. I had no idea the person who contacted him was banned, Bukky told he'd been contacte, I didn't advise him, as I don't work for him! Thank you for accepting my disclosure, that's a relief!
The Bukky Leo draft we were talking about back in Jan, was declined again this week, and I thought it was ready for approval, the references on there are notable, The Guardian and Worldwide FM Gilles Peterson, plus all the other references and sizeable discography, is there anything you can do to help? Thanks!

Hi there, I have been dealing with Rosguill, who was the last editor of the Wiki draft, this submission seemed ready for approval, what with The Guardian and Worldwide FM by hugely influential broadcaster Gilles Peterson very notable references, plus all the other references, plus the very sizeable discography. So I was surprised that you have declined it, can you explain why you think The Guardian and Worldwide FM Gilles Peterson are not notable enough? This seems really unfair.
