I am writing from the office of Mr. Gulshan Grover himself... and we wished to update his profile and image on Wikipedia... Nothing to hurt what already exists. But somehow the image is knocked off each time... any help on that would be welcome. Thanks

Thanks for uploading File:Gulshan Grover.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for continued bad image uploads despite warnings. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{ unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Fut.Perf. 10:55, 4 February 2012 (UTC) reply

Re-blocked for a month, since you immediately resumed the same disruptive behaviour after your last block. Fut.Perf. 07:37, 7 February 2012 (UTC) reply

Stop re-uploading the same file again and again. It won't work. If you think this image is legitimate, you need to talk to us and explain why. Simply doing the same thing over and over, without ever talking, is not a way you can act on a collaborative project like this.
If you wish to continue editing on Wikipedia, then please say why you believe that image is okay to use. Here on this page. Then we can talk about unblocking you. If you are not willing to do that, please don't edit. Fut.Perf. 12:03, 9 March 2012 (UTC) reply
