Hello Nopol10, welcome to Wikipedia!
Here are some tips:
If you feel a change is needed, feel free to make it yourself! Wikipedia is a wiki, so anyone (yourself included) can edit any article by following the Edit this page link. Wikipedia convention is to be bold and not be afraid of making mistakes. If you're not sure how editing works, have a look at How to edit a page, or try out the Sandbox to test your editing skills.
If, for some reason, you are unable to fix a problem yourself, feel free to ask someone else to do it. Wikipedia has a vibrant community of contributors who have a wide range of skills and specialties, and many of them would be glad to help. As well as the wiki community pages there are IRC Channels, where you are more than welcome to ask for assistance.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page. Thanks and happy editing, Alphax τ ε χ 07:40, 11 October 2005 (UTC)
Hi, I've replaced the image of a cooling curve ( Image:Cooling curve.JPG), uploaded by you, with a smaller and somewhat cleaner PNG version ( Image:Cooling curve.png). I've listed the original for deletion cause I think it sucks badly. Hope this is OK. Mysid (talk) 08:08, 11 October 2005 (UTC)
Thanks for uploading Image:2005-0208dwarf-full.jpg. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law. We need you to specify two things on the image description page:
The copyright holder is usually the creator. If the creator was paid to make this image, then their employer may be the copyright holder. If several people collaborated, then there may be more than one copyright holder. If you created this image, then you are the copyright holder.
Because of the large number of images on Wikipedia, we've sorted them using image copyright tags. Just find the right tag corresponding to the copyright status of this image, and paste it onto the image description page like this: {{TAGHERE}}.
There are 3 basic ways to licence an image on Wikipedia:
For any other sources of for more information see Wikipedia:Image copyright tags. Please remember that if you don't tag your images, they will be deleted.
If you have any questions, just leave a message on my talk page. Thanks again. Thue | talk 19:13, 10 December 2005 (UTC)
