Hallo, I guess you've seen that Vandal kingdom which you recently created as a "fork" (copy of a section) from the Vandals article is up for deletion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vandal Kingdom. Did you have a particular reason in mind when creating it? If so, now's your chance to defend the article. I'd say you would need to explain why the Vandals article was too long, or about to become too long because you are in the process of adding a lot of new material to the Kingdom article, say? with best wishes Chiswick Chap ( talk) 14:27, 26 November 2011 (UTC) reply

Pelagius

Hello, Newsleep. Since you decided to move the article Pelagius to a new title, and change the old title into a disambiguation page, it would be great if you would also help WP:FIXDABLINKS by checking all the other articles that contain links to "Pelagius" and fix them to target the correct article. Thank you. -- R'n'B ( call me Russ) 23:19, 3 December 2011 (UTC) reply

You sure botched this move

You moved the article without any discussion, as far as I can tell. Speaking of discussion, you left the talk page at Pelagius, the redirect. It is not at Pelagius (British monk).

Of course, most people looking for Pelagius are looking for the notorious heretic, so redirecting the page to a disambiguation is a waste of time. Subtitling it "British monk" is a bigger waste, since neither his Britishness nor his monkness are particularly relevant to his notability, nor are either widely known outside of expert circles. I suggest you restore the page as it was. Failing that, you need to move the talk page to the same place as the article per wikipedia policy. Rwflammang ( talk) 01:55, 8 December 2011 (UTC) reply

Hi. In Odoacer, you recently added a link to the disambiguation page Germanic ( check to confirm |  fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. For more information, see the FAQ or drop a line at the DPL WikiProject.

A tag has been placed on Vandal Kingdom requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's discussion directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of recreating the page. Thank you.
