Miss Bono, I replied to a couple of your emails. It is OK to send off the email we discussed to Arcane Collective. Use the edited text, and send me a copy by open cc: I don't mind them having my email address. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 21:46, 29 May 2013 (UTC)
Hi! where to you go to create an article? Tucker2006 —Preceding undated comment added 00:33, 30 May 2013 (UTC)
The Chocabeck article looks like a good stub. You'll want to add more sources, particularly when you expand the article by adding sections on production and critical reception. Take a look at The Joshua Tree for an example of how the article should eventually develop. You'll also want to create the article's talk page with banners for WikiProject Albums and WikiProject U2. As to your question about requesting an interview with a WikiProject, the U2 project has been done before so you'd need a major shakeup in the way the project is run and/or a big increase in FAs and GAs since the time we last interviewed the project. Alternatively, if the project is hosting a major collaboration with other projects or sponsoring a contest, we might be able to feature it sooner. Larger, highly active projects can pull off big initiatives like this, so they have more to talk about and typically get repeat interviews. –Mabeenot ( talk) 01:35, 30 May 2013 (UTC)
Miss Bono, you opened the above Good Article review on April 19, and have yet to review it. Are you still interested in doing so? If so, please begin the review. If not, we can put it back into the pool to be reviewed. Please respond with your plans, here or there. Many thanks. BlueMoonset ( talk) 02:59, 30 May 2013 (UTC)

I get the Rolling Stone magazine both in regular print form and some small bits online. Today, I got the following: [1]. It appears to be about the band, U2 (I didn't read it but) it may have material for Bono, If not, but if it has relevance to the band, I would hope you would place what applicable info you find there on the page for Bono or U2 as well. -- Leahtwosaints ( talk) 16:36, 4 June 2013 (UTC)
Look at this: (I assume you do subscribe to twitter? Because I don't.) [2] Scroll down and see all those links in the bottom left corner, too.
Are you in Cuba or are you living there permanently? Habla Espanol, o Voce fala Portugues? :) My English now is taking over! I can not repeat the wording from the email b/c it violates the Wikipedia copyright rules, and even that of the USA and most countries, and I'm really sorry about that. I CAN email you the page I got from them, with the link to the article, OK? That is acceptable, and perhaps there's info there that might help.. I've been getting their daily emails for years so I don't know how I signed up for it. I did not have a subscription then, so somehow, it's possible, at least in the USA. -- Leahtwosaints ( talk) 18:21, 4 June 2013 (UTC)

Articles written in more than one language are listed and linked in the bottom left margin. The Wikipedia is desperate for editors who can translate articles or correct bad translations! See the other languages if you look at U2? It's your choice. The Wikimedia Foundation, I'm pretty sure it's a student internship. I am not sure, but I think you can get paid and student credit for an interview of something in the Wikipedia you find interesting. That man asked to interview me because I am in the Wikiproject:Guitar group. I think you would be great, both as the person interviewed OR the interviewer, since most people who edit the English (en.Wikipedia) are in countries that do not have good relations with Cuba, and your perspective would be fascinating. Here in the USA we never hear about what it is like in Cuba! I have to go to Al Jazeera just to find out about a lot of things! Ask User:Moxy if he knows those opportunities. Also, remember you can email people if they enable it- like you and I have done. I will email you about more. ¡Besos y abrazos, amiga mia! -- Leahtwosaints ( talk) 14:22, 5 June 2013 (UTC)

First, I'm waiting for an ambulance-- I like helping others though, and I am very sick saw your note while looking for a message from my Dad... Sis, your computer skills far outweigh mine. Nothing need be political- but be aware that some topics are inherently so. My suggestions: click the little arrows in the left margin for starters, and there are lots of ways to help in the Wikipedia (and other associtated wikis). I am not an Admin., and (still) believe I'll never be one, as I do not like confrontations! What you can do is check out the Village Pump for help & input, or other trusted editors like User:Moxy. I do know enough to know you can surf from here to aka Commons, other language versions of U2, and like the En.Wikipedia, there are plenty of bilingual editors who may wish to assist you. I never really knew anything about the other related projects until recently, as I said, so you will need to surf through if it's what you are hoping to do. I never knew about it, until I was asked if I would mind being the subject of an interview, but it just wouldn't work for me, for personal reasons. That's all I can suggest, look around, ask questions, and work on other people's articles, even song pages, to be ready to try to bring any article to Wikipedia:Featured articles-status. Best of luck to you. -- Leahtwosaints ( talk) 20:02, 12 June 2013 (UTC)

Hello Miss Bono,
It takes about six hours to drive from Stanford University to Los Angeles in good traffic conditions. LA is famous for bad traffic.
I have never paid much attention to romance novels as a literary genre, though I have no objection to them either. I do enjoy romantic movies from time to time.
My son James is a bass player who has been a member of rock bands for ten years. His bands aren't big successes, but rehearse and perform regularly. He is familiar with many of the bars and night clubs around Northern California where rock bands perform, and what that scene is like. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 15:59, 19 June 2013 (UTC)

You can do whatever you want, but I would have some concerns about undue attention from young males. You might want to get an opinion from User:SarahStierch or User:Heatherawalls. They both have photos on their userpages, but also have or have had paid professional involvement with the project. I guess I advise caution. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 19:42, 3 July 2013 (UTC)
I have no problem with them, so long as they are used sparingly. If we have loads of them all over the place:

Today's my Bday! Hulkster1 ( talk) 03:49, 9 July 2013 (UTC)
Hi. When you translate pages, like you did from Portuguese with Herson Capri, you need to acknowledge the source for your article, preferably both in the edit summary of the creation of the translation, and at the talk page of the article, using Template:Translated page.
You also need to turn the machine translation into basic English text, things like "He received the Barão do Serro Azul commendatory abbot" are funny but not meaningful. Something like "He was nominated for the Barão do Serro Azul award" is probably what was meant instead.
Further: all biographies of living persons must have sources, or else they will get deleted (usually after seven days), no matter how notable the subject is.
Finally: if you no longer actively work on an article, remember to remove the "underconstruction" tag. A bot will otherwise do it after 7 days, but it is confusing and even annoying for other users when they encounter the tag. Fram ( talk) 14:00, 9 July 2013 (UTC)

Anybody with as much enthusiasm as you have can be a huge help to the Wikipedia! Thanks for the sweets. Often, people ask around about updating or completing certain musicians' articles, but don't find as much interest from others... You certainly seem to want to persevere with Bono, and although I have been kind of stretched thin, it's the least I can do. FYI-- I just left a hospital for the first time A.M.A. ever, and your note to me was the first thing I saw, so I'll see what I can do with that, but then, back to a humane hospital, so I hope to get a little work in before leaving again. :) -- Leahtwosaints ( talk) 22:46, 6 August 2013 (UTC)
Good morning, Miss Bono. No, of course not. Why would I be? I hope that you had a great day off. Yesterday, I worked in a rural area called Lake of the Pines that I rarely get to visit. It is in an area beloved by my best friend, so I like it too. She calls it "home" though she lives a couple hundred miles south of there.
Those computer problems I mentioned have returned. Nasty little malware buried deep in the file structure. We had a new hard drive installed in the computer I usually use, and thought the problems were solved. Somehow the malware migrated to the new drive on some old file. So two of our computers are again out of service having intense reworking by the experts. So I need to do my business work on my wife's laptop, which I don't like.
My wife and I will go to Hawaii at the end of September with our younger son. We will fly to Honolulu and then take a cruise ship, visiting four islands in all. So that will be fun. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 14:21, 9 August 2013 (UTC)

Hola, Chica!
Anyway, to be fair to other people I don't think the en.Wikipedia is the place for me to be chatting in Spanish. Also, my languages are limited, as you can see. Try volunteering on articles that others just start and leave behind. It will improve the Wikipedia, and teach you skills that you can apply to Bono, and other U2 articles. Some of the stubs need wikification. Some need a photo you might find in the de.Wikipedia, or the others, and an infobox. Some don't have a reference section, with all the references in External links, or the talk page. I say, work on similar articles, not just U2 ones (unless any of their related articles are that bad). If you do it, you'll become able to do far more, meet other great editors who can teach you what you need to know or help you. We say goodbye to eight great participants who did not qualify for the final:
Piotrus (

Figureskatingfan (
submissions),
ThaddeusB (
submissions),
Dana boomer (
submissions),
Status (
submissions),
Ed! (

Signups are now open for the 2014 WikiCup, which will begin on 1 January. All Wikipedians, whatever their interest or level of experience, are warmly invited to participate in next year's competition.
This last month has seen some incredible contributions; for instance, Cwmhiraeth's Starfish and Ealdgyth's Battle of Hastings—two highly important, highly viewed pages—made it to featured article status. It would be all too easy to focus solely on these stunning achievements at the expense of those participants working in lower-scoring areas, when in fact all WikiCup participants are doing excellent work. A mention of everything done is impossible, but here are a few: Last round saw the completion of several good topics (on the 1958, 1959 and 1962 Atlantic hurricane seasons) to which 12george1 had contributed. Calvin999 saw "S&M" (song), on which he has been working for several years, through to featured article status on its tenth try. Figureskatingfan continued towards her goal of a broad featured/good topic on Maya Angelou, with two featured and four good articles. ThaddeusB contributed significantly to over 20 articles which appeared on the main page's "in the news" section. Adam Cuerden continued to restore a large number of historical images, resulting in over a dozen FP credits this round alone. The WikiCup is not just about top-importance featured articles, and the work of all of these users is worthy of commendation.
Finally, the usual notices: If you are concerned that your nomination—whether it is at good article candidates, a featured process, or anywhere else—will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews. If you want to help out with the WikiCup, please do your bit to reduce the review backlogs! Questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup, and the judges are reachable on their talk pages or by email. Good luck! Hi! where to you go to create an article?

Piotrus (
submissions),
Figureskatingfan (
submissions),
ThaddeusB (
submissions),
Dana boomer (
submissions),
Status (
submissions),
Ed! (
submissions),
12george1 (

Calvin999 (
submissions). Having made it to this stage is still an excellent achievement, and you can leave with your heads held high. We hope to see you all again next year.
Good luck!
