The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Hello Mihailo79,
It seems to me that an article you worked on, Brussels agreement (2013), may be copied from http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2013&mm=04&dd=19&nav_id=85799. It's entirely possible that I made a mistake, but I wanted to let you know because Wikipedia is strict about copying from other sites.
It's important that you edit the article and rewrite it in your own words, unless you're absolutely certain nothing in it is copied. If you're not sure how to fix the problem or have any questions, there are people at the help desk who are happy to assist you.
Thank you for helping build a free encyclopedia! MadmanBot ( talk) 11:22, 15 August 2013 (UTC)

I noticed that you have posted comments in a language other than English. At the English-language Wikipedia, we try to use English for all comments. Posting all comments in English makes it easier for other editors to join the conversation and help you. Please carefully read this information:
The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.
Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.-- NeilN talk to me 14:50, 31 January 2018 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an
edit war according to the reverts you have made on
Dunav osiguranje. Users are expected to
collaborate with others, to avoid editing
disruptively, and to
try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's
talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents
consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an
appropriate noticeboard or seek
dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary
page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be
blocked from editing.
Several editors have pointed out to you that the content you are adding is inappropriate. If it is unclear to you why this is the case, please start a discussion on the article's talk page, but don't just add the same text again. The claims need independent sourcing, not primary sources, and the images are mostly irrelevant to the article. bonadea contributions talk 10:05, 1 February 2018 (UTC)

Each image should be inside the level 2 section to which it relates, within the section defined by the most recent ==Heading== delimited by two equal signs, or at the top of the lead section. Do not place images immediately above section headings. Avoid sandwiching text horizontally between two images that face each other, and between an image and an infobox or similar. It is often preferable to place images of people so that they "look" toward the text. Do not achieve this by reversing the image. Any galleries should comply with WP:Image use policy § Image galleries. Consider linking to additional images on Commons instead. Avoid referring to images as being to the left/right, or above/below, because image placement varies with platform, and is meaningless to people using screen readers; instead, use captions to identify images. An image's |alt= text takes the image's place for those who are unable to see the image. See WP:ALT.
