Please help me with...my page creation. It is the 3 time I try to rewrite a page about Cesar Cernuda and its delete. I need more help to understand how I can achieve it.

- Hi! It would appear from the warning elsewhere on this page that the article was a copyright violation, a copy and paste of another article on the internet. Without seeing the previously deleted articles, I would suggest creating the article again (assuming that the subject passes general notability guidelines) and make sure that you do not copy and paste or otherwise violate the copyright of your sources.
