Thanks for uploading File:Gerald Wickremesooriya.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. -- B-bot ( talk) 18:39, 31 January 2016 (UTC)

Hello, Kayzeec, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Thanks for message. You have an obvious
conflict of interest and you must declare it. If you work directly or indirectly for an organisation, or otherwise are acting on its behalf, you are very strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. If you are paid directly or indirectly by the organisation you are writing about, you are required by the
Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at
User:Kayzeec. The template {{
Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Kayzeec|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. Note that editing with a COI is discouraged, but permitted as long as it is declared. Concealing a COI can lead to a block. Please do not edit further until you respond to this message. Also read the following regarding writing an article
There is nothing to suggest that this meets our notability criteria, and any recreation is likely to result in deletion on that basis alone.
Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above, and check that you can find independent third party sources. Also read Your first article. You must also reply to the COI request above Jimfbleak - talk to me? 10:36, 8 September 2020 (UTC)

I notice that you haven't declared your COI as requested above; since I missed that when I deleted, I won't block you yet.
Please read the guidance above, your text continues to be promo for your company and its products, a pioneering member... an integrated, sustainable plantation that nurture and sustain natural resource... to pursue a lifelong passion in nurturing forests and working with communities.
Conversely, there are no real facts, the plantation apparently has no area, output, employees, turnover or profit, just telling us what it sells and its aims doesn't make it notable as defined above.
Not connected with the deletion,but I wondered why you wrote in American English rather than Sri Lankan English, when the latter is clearly appropriate for a topic set in that beautiful country Jimfbleak - talk to me? 11:50, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
