Yes, that was me. I thought it would just be easier to create a new account, but then I couldn't use my email address. I still want to rename my username to something that doesn't include my real name.

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Alan L. Boeckmann, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.emersonexchange.org/2007ConferenceRecap/keynote%20speakpageA.Boeckmann.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. A tag has been placed on Jeffrey M. Ettinger requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{ hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Trevor Marron ( talk) 01:02, 29 July 2009 (UTC) of course, as reviewing admin, I removed the tag, forthe ceo of Hormel is notable. Some advice, however, for executive bios: reply

  1. Make absolutely certain you do not include any material that has been previously published on the web or elsewhere. This applies for your formulaic statement of compensation also.
  2. Please wikify at least the name of the company by making an internal link to it, and use our coding for bold, not the html. see WP:CHEATSHEET and, for more details, our guide to writing Wikipedia articles,
  3. By our conventions, the CEO (and usually the Chairman of the Board and the President) of a major company are normally notable, but it is necessary to show it by giving at least 2 references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases. Business Week, or the WSJ, are examples of excellent sources.
  4. For lesser officers, they';ll be notable only for the most important companies. Make sure you have very good sources.
  5. For uncontroversial routine biographical details, an official bio posting at the company site is acceptable.
  6. For the compensation section, be sure to explicitly give a source.
  7. If an article of this sort is accidentally deleted, just reinsert it making certain you have sources.
  8. If we do not have an article on the company make one first, before doing the bio. See WP:CORP for guidelines. DGG ( talk) 04:04, 29 July 2009 (UTC) reply
