Thank you for providing citations, although it would have been better to add them as full cites and not raw URLs.
I notice you are a new user who has only contributed to this article, and that your edits follow a pattern described in Talk:John Kenneth Muir#COI and other vios, which I would ask that you read. You appear not to be a disinterested party. Are you the subject of the article? -- Tenebrae ( talk) 16:02, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
Tenebrae: Thank you for directing me to that abundant and helpful material. I have now read all about the policies and understand them fully. In an effort to rectify the situation, I have requested a new username that is more transparent and should make the matter entirely clear to historians, future editors, and visitors to the page. Tenebrae: Thank you for your kind words about my attmept to correct a mistake here, and much thanks directing me to the appropriate policy pages this weekend.
If I may ask something further of you: will you check in on me periodically as as I learn all the ropes of editing? I am a long way from being ready to create an article; but I am beginning to craft small edits/additions first (one a day for the time being), and hoping to grow from there. I am open to all constructive feedback (like what you wrote about using full cites rather than raw URLS -- that was enormously helpful to me.) JohnKennethMuir ( talk) 18:55, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
Tenebrae: Thank you, I appreciate your words very much. It's good to be here. I also need to say this: thank you for taking the time and effort to point me in the right direction. JohnKennethMuir ( talk) 19:18, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
