The article I deleted was a direct copy of http://www.apamsa.org/home/about_us, which is a copyrighted website and therefore cannot be reproduced on Wikipedia under the much more liberal GFDL copyright. Also, it appeared to be a copy of a speech rather than an encyclopedia article on the organization. I would therefore suggest that an article on the organization be a short description of the organization, rather than an address from the president, and that it explain why the organization is notable and that it provide evidence of that notability through references which show non-trivial coverage by independent media. See also Wikipedia's advice on your first article. Acroterion (talk) 04:06, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
Thank you. Can I send you something to look at then? Or should I post it up? Jellybeaneater ( talk) 05:12, 10 February 2009 (UTC)jellybeaneater
Would it be possible for someone to edit it then? Do I need to flag the article on sandbox? Jellybeaneater ( talk) 00:17, 11 February 2009 (UTC)Jellybeaneater
