Hi JcwDenno. Following our conversation at the Teahouse, I'd like to know whether you intend to develop the draft on Starr? It seems to me that there are actually plenty of sources to get it over the main hurdle, which is to demonstrate notability. Looking at your Userpage, I don't know why you chose Starr as a topic to write about but your judgement is sound that he could be article-worthy. I ask about your intentions because if you have been disheartened by the first decline notice, you shouldn't be: and if you want to stop all work on that draft I may then take it on myself. (Please answer here in this thread). Regards. Mike Turnbull ( talk) 13:40, 25 May 2023 (UTC)

Hey! I think a move of an article like this, when there's previous debate on the talk page, should probably go through the requested moves process. The title it was at was also unsuitable; the article uses -ize spellings, so "Grassroots Organisations" would be the wrong variety of English, and "organi[s/z]ations" in that context should be uncapitalized (there's a number of guidelines on this, but just read the first paragraph of WP:NCCAPS).
If you're still interested in making the move, request one at WP:RM to what you think the best new title would be. Feel free to ask me if you have any further questions. Skarmory (talk • contribs) 04:18, 1 June 2023 (UTC)
