Urban X Awards has its own article, so it's a notable award and its winners are notable. --

That's consistent with general practice; there are many notable awards whose individual recipients aren't necessarily notable -- Rhodes scholarships, moat military honors, British crown honors are the standard examples. You should review the many AFDs which have established consensus that Urban X awards don't satisfy PORNBIO standards and don't make a significant contribution to notability. Also refresh yourself on
WP:CIVIL.
