Hey. Are you a South African contributor? Hopefully so because WP Rugby union doesn't have enough South African contributors and a lot of SA related rugby articles are neglected. I just created 2007 Super 14 Final today - have a look and see what can be improved. A lot of the players don't even have articles. If you looking to work on South Africa national rugby union team then do! Improving the national rugby team articles before the World Cup is a priority. We have managed to get All Blacks and France national rugby union team to Featured Article quality but would love to see some more at that level. Any queries or comments feel free to contact me on my talk page. - Shudde talk 06:17, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
Hey, sorry about thinking you were South African! Although I have to say an Indian contributor to RU stuff is even rarer. The main rugby union article is quite long, and the laws of the game are very complicated. There is an article Playing rugby union which is mean't to remove lots of the details of playing the game from the Rugby union page, but I think creating a page List of Rugby union terms is a really good idea. The list could be the same format as List of cricket terms (which is a featured list). Maybe create a sandbox and start a list, and we can add to it. Once it gets of decent size we can create the article. Do you know how to create a sandbox in your user space? - Shudde talk 23:59, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
I'll have a look at the cricket list (and others work) and then steal the code. This is pretty much how wikipedia works. GordyB 16:05, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
We need your help! Here is what you can do:
The World Cup is fast approaching and these articles are going to get a lot more hits during the tournament. It would be great if we could have them at a high standard!
