Information icon Hello, I'm Nick Moyes. I noticed that you recently removed content from Éirígí without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. It is not really acceptable to blank a large and relevant section supported by valid references, possibly under the pretext of making other lesser edits at the same time. Nor is it acceptable to then revert my revert of your deletion, thus removing that content again. A repeat of that action may be perceived as edit-warring by a single purpose account, and could lead to account sanctions. So please would you discuss future proposed edits of this nature on the article's talk page before taking action? Nick Moyes ( talk) 22:50, 28 November 2017 (UTC) reply

Dude, it's a page about a party, not for them. Deleting content from the page isn't striking some blow for anti-fascism, it's just being petulant. Is Wikipedia pro-Nazi because we have a page on Adolf Hitler?

Besides, if we let one side run around vandalizing pages, then the other side will do it to, and then people like me need to waste time running around babysitting feuding parties instead of improving the encyclopedia.

If the NP is so objectively bad, then a neutral and objective article will show them to be bad. So let reality show through instead of trying to game the system. MatthewVanitas ( talk) 05:48, 4 March 2018 (UTC) reply

Indeed. Currently I'm trying to prevent an editor who edits pretty much exclusively on that one article from using the NP website as a source for including their manifesto (in breach of WP:PRIMARY). Just blanking content will be seen as vandalism and get you blocked; including what third-party sources say about them complies with neutrality policy and will be more useful in the long term.
