Hey Christopher. Hope you have been doing well :) I have been trying to get the "Billboard Book of #2 Songs" but to no avail. Would it be possible for you to scan me two songs? Hiya, I asked Legolas if he knew anyone with the Billboard Book of Number 1 Hits (2003 issue) and he referred me to you. Could you please help, myself and Novice 7 are about to start working on " Genie in a Bottle" so I was wondering if you could scan or send me the info somehow, it would be really helpful if you had the detail on the other two number 1 hits; " What a Girl Wants", and " Come On Over Baby (All I Want Is You)". Hello,
My name is Theologiae and I just expanded the Bedtime Story Madonna article. Could you review it and say what you think, especially in comparison to the past revision? I'm trying to follow as closely as possible a GA style which I've seen in other GA Madonna articles. (PS I haven't edited the video section).

Hi, I personally don't think Music Week is a highly reliable for sales figures. But to make sure if the figures they have published (I can't see, you didn't provide the source) for Spice Girls are correct or not, I would compare each figure posted for markets like US, Canada, Germany or UK for example to the available certifications coming from those markets, and if they do match perfectly, then, probably it's safe to use that source to support sales figures for other markets as well. I've gone over Spice Girls' certifications for all of the markets that offer online certifications, if you need it for verification purposes, let me know, I'll upload my file on Mediafire.com. Regards.-- Harout72 ( talk) 22:51, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
Ok, the figures posted in this article, and also in the scans from Music Week are simply figures converted from Gold and Platinum awards. They are not really sales figures. For Argentina, for example, it is stated 30,000, that was the Gold-award there for all releases before 2001, whereas, the billboard's article has Platinum (60,000) for Argentina . Also, it states 100,000 units for Brazil, which was the Gold-award there for all releases before 2001, whereas, the Billboard has 2x Platinum (500,000 units sold/shipped) for Brazil. The same is with all other markets. By the way, the figures on both articles (Music Week and this) are provided by the same individual named Simon Fuller. All in all, if scanned pages are used for sales/shipment column, then the sales figure for Argentina will be much lower than what the certification-level (Platinum) represents in the Billboard, which I assume will be used for the certification column. I'm guessing that the figures published in the Music Week for Chile, South Africa, Malaysia, India, and Colombia (which you're interested in) will be lower than the certification-levels posted in Billboard also. BTW, I updated the sources of certifications and their levels at Spice (album) for major markets. Cheers.-- Harout72 ( talk) 01:22, 29 October 2011 (UTC)
I have some random stuff. I'll have to have a little look around, I have like five magazines so I'll read through 'em! So glad to hear your continuing with the Spice Girls on wikipedia though! But I'll get back to you tomorrow, if thats not too late, I have to pop off to work now :) - FeuDeJoie ( talk) 11:45, 29 October 2011 (UTC)
Hi, how's it going? I just stumbled on the Voices Carry (song) article—it's a nice little article. But I was wondering about the quote at the end of Recording and production: "not what the rules were [...] but it sounded pretty good, as well it might coming from one of the finest American engineer/producers". Grammatically it doesn't make any sense at all. I looked at the source and I see that that's how it's printed in the source. But would it be better to not use that part of his quote, since it is so ungrammatical to the point that we can't be sure what he meant to say. I think likely he said, "so it might as well be coming from one of the finest American engineer/producers." and that maybe it was mistyped in the source document. But I guess that's just speculation. I don't know if you feel very confident that's what he meant (or do you have another theory what he meant?) and want to paraphrase, or if not, what would you feel about removing that part of the quote? That might be the safest thing to do. But what do you think about that? Moisejp ( talk) 07:41, 30 October 2011 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on File:Wdytya-ukcd.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Jonteemil ( talk) 18:35, 9 May 2020 (UTC)

Hi Christopher! How are you? Hope work is going smoothly :) Legolas told me that you have a copy of The Billboard Book of Number One Albums. I was wondering if you could scan me these pages (I know you are very busy. Sorry if I'm causing any inconvenience):

hello,
do you have the Australian Kent Report magazine? And looking at the above section, I need the The Billboard Book of Number One Albums too! But I just need to know if there is the "Number-one Jazz albums"; that's what I am looking for. Thank you.-- ♫Greatorangepumpkin♫ Share– a– Power [citation needed] 17:16, 6 July 2011 (UTC)

Hey, I noticed you've done a lot of great work on Spice Girls song articles. Do you by any chance have access to the book Wannabe: How The Spice Girls Reinvented Pop Fame by David Sinclair? Some of the content in the main Spice Girls article is cited to this book, but without the specific page numbers provided. I only have an ebook version that doesn't have page numbers so I'm hoping to find someone who can help me look up what the corresponding page numbers are for the Spice Girls article. Thanks.
