Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Food Allergy Experts, USA", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it suggests the name of a group, organization, company, or medical practice rather than an individual. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{ unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{ unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.

Help me!

Please help me with {unblock-un|Food Allergy Experts, USA}; I have been blocked, I don't know why, I would like to change my name instead to "Food Allergy Fighter" if that is more appropriate. Please advise. I am an individual who is part of a collective group who were on the Board of Directors for FAAN (now FARE) and this is our first foray into starting food allergy information pages. One board member has a book and several distinctions, as well as a major appearance on the Discovery Channel, we decided to begin with her. Now we are blocked, we would like to get back to reviewing the page with our editor, "Unician", who suggested we contact you and ask for a new name. My name is Gordon Dukes but I was encouraged to NOT USE MY REAL NAME. Hence, I prefer to change it to "Food Allergy Fighter". Please advise. We look forward to continuing as Wikipedia members! Thank you.

"We are blocked" is precisely the problem. Wikipedia does not allow shared use of accounts. Only one person may have access to and use an account, ever, and the username must reflect that. If several members of your collective group want to edit, each of you should create an account of their own. Since there are no more than a handful of edits to this account, it may actually be easier to abandon it and to create a new one for yourself with an acceptable username. That need not be your real name. You may want to check out the username policy before settling on a new username. You should also take a look at our guideline on conflicts of interest; writing about close associates is not a good idea because it's difficult to maintain a neutral point of view. Sockpuppet investigation

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Food Allergy Experts, USA, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
