Korn is a popular nu metal band, after all, so do we really need six references to tell us that one of their songs are nu metal? And after checking through all the sources cited for nu metal, I'm surprised to see that none of them actually support that genre for the song, so all those sources next to "nu metal" should be removed. Although, the NME source does actually support funk metal, which is already in the article. Kokoro20 ( talk) 03:33, 30 April 2015 (UTC)

I don't think the information needs a reference, because we typically require references that qualify information, instead of references that disqualify information. That said, I can see how this would be an exception. I've forgotten how to format references. However, it's easy enough to find: The album's official liner notes don't credit John Moyer with any writing or performing credit. Again, I don't remember how to cite a source like this. I haven't been an active user in like half a decade (I used to be dude527 and edited the Indestructible article substantially).
So, all this said, how about this? I'll take a picture of the liner notes and link you: http://imgur.com/97Yss7n. Notice how it lists Dan Donegan with "All...bass". John Moyer isn't anywhere to be found on this record. Would appreciate it if you could add this citation to the article for me. Hello, thanks for your recent edits to the
Party in the Graveyard page. I just wanted to see if we could compromise on some things you reverted. I don't want to start an edit war or anything so I'd like to find a common ground to make the page the best.
Party in the Graveyard was originally released independently by the band. When they were signed to Fueled by Ramen, the album was re-released with additional tracks. The issue here regards which one is more significant. I would argue that the re-release, released by a label rather than independently, is more significant than their self-release. You cannot purchase the old album anywhere anymore, but the FBR release is available. Also, the album art on the page is for the FBR release, and not the original art. Thus, I feel the original release should be collapsed and the FBR release should be left uncollapsed. Secondly, I don't think the original release should be called the "Standard edition" and the re-release the "Deluxe edition". I understand the FBR release has more tracks and could be related to a deluxe edition, but it's never referred to as "deluxe" anywhere that I've seen. I think labeling it as just the re-release would be more appropriate. If you can provide sources, or at least a good opinion on why it should be deluxe, that'd be appreciated.
These are just some concerns I had. I'm not trying to be mean or anything; I'm just looking for clarifications to improve the article. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to hear back from you. --

Since I unfortunately won't have a lot of time to do it. Do you know somebody who can improve the references/bibliography section of the nu metal article? You see you can add a bibliography part of the references and add book sources and then you add the Sfn template {{Sfn}} for references that are connected to a book in the bibliography section. I noticed people were doing this in these articles:
I noticed that doing this all to improve the references/bibliography section of the nu metal article will take a lot of work. Do you know anybody who could do it? It probably would be somebody who works for Wikipedia a lot more than I do. I don't mean to sound lazy. I'm sorry if I do sound lazy. It's just that unfortunately I don't have time to do all of this. Hi- the issue with the second cover is twofold. First of all, it's basically identical to the main cover, and so its use seems to run up against NFCC#1 and #3. Second, the live album is not the subject of the article; while it is generally held that a single album cover in the article about the album meets NFCC#8, this does not extend to album covers in related articles. I would have no objection to the cover in an article about the live album, but if the live album is not significant enough to have its own article (and, as seems to be the case here, there is no reason to think that the cover itself is in some way significant) then it probably is not needed. I've only listened to "Payback" from that album. I should try more. dannymusiceditor ~talk to me!~ 01:02, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

Despite my interest within the alternative rock genre, Thirty Seconds to Mars is not really within my field of interest (I've also only heard a handful of their songs). Also, I was soon going to start work for more of my own GAs (I've already gotten 4 articles to GA). Thanks for the offer anyway though. Kokoro20 ( talk) 14:35, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
So how can I make nu metal become a featured article or good article? I'm almost done making the page good enough to be even possibly a featured article. You can work with me on it if you want to. Statik N ( talk) 17:42, 7 November 2015 (UTC)
Just thought I'd let you know that this IP is part of T-Mobile USA's Texas range of IP addresses and as such is shared between many users, since you left a warning message on its talk page. 208.54.83.170 ( talk) 01:34, 8 November 2015 (UTC)
Hey there. I notice you have edited band member sections/timelines, and I would like you to come join the current discussion happening at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Musicians#Create Member Section/Timeline Standards that may finally result in a standard for various items related to band member listings and timelines. Thanks in advance for any contributions you may have! — DLManiac ( talk) 03:19, 9 November 2015 (UTC)
DLManiac, I am regrettably busy and unfortunately cannot participate at the moment. How long do you expect the discussion to keep up? Maybe if my schedule opens up I'll jump in. dannymusiceditor ~talk to me!~ 21:00, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
So what does the thing you submitted to nu metal do? When do we get a peer review? Are we allowed to make improvements on the nu metal article while we await a response? Statik N ( talk) 21:29, 10 November 2015 (UTC)

I just need somebody who has time to do all this work. Do you know anybody who does? Thanks.
