Why would anyone consider my edit at
Cel-Ray#In_popular_culture unconstructive or vandalism? Is the author,
Clifford A. Pickover, not popular enough to qualify as "popular culture"? If so, how is the inclusion of some obscure web series justified and not considered vandalism as well?

The reference to Cel-Ray is in Chapter 6, specifically, pages 126-127 —as mentioned in the book index (see http://sprott.physics.wisc.edu/pickover/sdee-book.html).
